(A testimonial to finding worth and self-respect, self-confidence, and ultimately, finding self.)
Paige has been an invaluable asset to my personal and career growth. She has seen multiple different seasons in my life over the last 18+ months, and been able to help me reframe my perspective in each one; from extremely difficult and trying times, to celebrating success and achievements. She has helped me see my worth and self-respect when I didn't think I deserved any, and helped me stay humble amongst success.
Paige goes beyond listening well, and meets me exactly where I am. She has a great amount of meekness and humility when we disagree, and is able to bridge the miscommunication gap to see the obstacle or issue as a team.
In our first meeting I had a lot of pride, and realized some old wounds that I thought I had healed from had resurfaced. Paige was patient with me through the journey, not rushing me to change. She instead helped me put together small steps to a larger plan. I have gone from a "know it all" to someone who is appreciative and thankful for the people I have around me. She has helped me to accept my ugly parts so that the opposite great parts of my character are that much more valuable and strong.
In short, I've become a more confident, thankful, and meek individual. I'm able to hold boundaries in a healthy way, and she has practically shown me what it means to "Enjoy the Journey, and Trust the Process."
