MY COACHING STORY

It was 1998, I was 35 years old, divorcing with a one and a 5-year old. It took everything I had physically, mentally and spiritually to stay afloat and support my boys.  It was a difficult season of life and I am grateful that the hard work and perseverance paid off. Today, now that I am on the "other side", I started COME ALIVE life coaching practice to help others successfully move through life's difficulties towards their best futures.
